Return requests must be made within 5 business days of delivery.

Return Requirements

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unused
  • In original condition

How to Request a Return

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

Please contact us with your order number and reason for return to request approval. Once approved, we will email you a return shipping label along with instructions for returning your item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment, minus return shipping.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
